All Rates based on two (2) Guests in One Bedroom Unit.
No one under the age of 21 allowed to occupy a room without parental supervision.
Rates do not include tax.

DEPOSITS:
A deposit is required upon making a reservation, in the amount of 50% of total charge. The Balance is due at Check In. We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Travelers Checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
30-day notice required for a refund of your deposit. All refunds will be subject to a service charge equal to 10% of your total bill or $25, whichever is higher. All deposits apply to 2nd half of reservation.

On short notice rooms can be held with a credit card. 72-hour notice required to cancel a credit card hold to avoid service charge equal to 1 nights stay plus tax.

NO refunds for any reason within 30 days of your arrival date.
